VIDEO WITNESSES 3: NETWORKING IN THE 90S

David Shulman in person. Video artist David Shulman will screen his newest documentary tape, TUNE IN, TUNE OUT, as well as excerpts from PEOPLE'S VIDEO THEATRE 1970-71 (Ken Marsh and Eliot Glass). Shulman, local pubic access producers, city officials, and representatives from Buffalo Cable Access Media (B-CAM) and Buffalo Learning Television (BLT) will take part in a panel discussion on the future of public access in Buffalo.
