All members in good standing of Hallwalls—including renewing and newly joining members—are hereby officially notified of and cordially invited to attend our Annual Members Meeting on Friday evening, January 11, 2013, 6:15–7:45 P.M., in the Cinema, immediately preceding the 8:00 premiere of a short video documentary featuring the 21 artists in Vascular Modes, and the opening of Vascular Modes itself upstairs in the Gallery, 8-11 P.M. The customary annual business of the organization will be conducted, including election of the Board of Directors for 2013 by eligible Voting Members.
