All members in good standing of Hallwalls—including renewing and newly joining members—are hereby officially notified of and cordially invited to attend our Annual Members Meeting on Friday evening, January 17, 2014, 6:15-7:45 P.M., in the Cinema, immediately preceding the 8:00 P.M. artists' talks by Ani Hoover and Alexandra P. Spaulding—also in the Cinema—and the opening of their solo exhibitions upstairs in the Gallery, 8-11 P.M. At this Annual Meeting the customary annual business of the organization will be conducted, including election of the Board of Directors for 2014 by eligible Voting Members.
