All members in good standing of Hallwalls—including renewing and newly joining members—are hereby officially notified of and cordially invited to attend our rescheduled Annual Members Meeting on Thursday evening, February 6, 2019, 6:30 p.m., in the Cinema. At this meeting the customary annual business of the organization will be conducted, including official adoption of the Board of Directors ballot for 2020 by eligible Voting Members (current members of at least 18 months' standing). Thank you in advance for participating in this important annual business of the organization.

Then stay in your movie theater seats, because immediately following this rescheduled meeting, and as a reward for your participation in the business of the meeting, we will be showing, for your eyes only, a video presentation so secret that we can't announce it publicly, and all picture taking and video (or audio) recording from your phone will be prohibited. But trust us, you won't want to miss it and you'll be glad you attended. (Also beer and wine!)
