Hallwalls Annual Members Meeting

All members in good standing of Hallwalls - including renewing and newly joining members - are hereby officially notified of and cordially invited to attend our Annual Members Meeting on Thursday evening, January 18, 2024, 6:30 p.m., on Zoom.

At this meeting the customary (and mandated) annual business of the organization will be conducted, including official adoption of the Board of Directors ballot for 2024 by eligible Voting Members (current members of at least 18 months\' standing). Thank you in advance for participating in this important annual business of the organization.

PHOTO: Jackie Felix’s mural for Hallwalls, which in early 2004 Ed personally and lovingly removed from our “Barwalls” at Tri-Main to preserve it—drywall and all—and deliver it upstairs to Jackie's studio. A couple of years after Jackie's death in 2009, the mural was exhibited at the Burchfield Penney Art Center.

"[The mural's] real purpose is to say something about the room and about Hallwalls as a place of art and integrity and depth.…Hallwalls is the perfect place to give free rein to all those ideas and concepts and points I like to make in a piece. So I should go in tomorrow and cut loose. The freer I make myself, the better it will end up."
