IDA APPLEBROOG

Visiting Artist Ida Applebroog, whose work is featured in this months exhibition NOTION AND NOTATION, will present slides on her work and screen her video tape. Applebroog writes, "My current work explores the structures and boundaries of narrative. Silence becomes a main ingredient - a form of speech - it's what isn't being said. The underlying theme is the condition of being human, the inertia of interpersonal relationships."
