Meltable Snaps It (featuring Michael Lytle, George Cartwright, David Moss, and Christian Marclay) performs. The group's style can be connected to a part of major underground movement called Art Noise. Meltable Snaps It uses electronics, synthesizers, bicycle horns, steel drums, singing, and oral noise, as well as a variety of reed instruments. Marclay uses records and recording devices to spin his own special sounds to create sound collages. Followed by a reception for the release of Christian Marclay's RECORD WITHOUT A COVER, a limited-edition artist project co-produced by Hallwalls' Performance Program, Steve Gallagher, curator.
