Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Society Reception

Hallwalls Gallery and first floor Lobby

Please join us Thursday evening at our reception to support the incredible legacy of jazz in Buffalo and to officially recognize our name change from the Masten Jazz Festival Preservation Society to the Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Society.

It will be a time to refresh acquaintances with other music lovers while renewing your membership in the Society. Membership badges displaying our new name will be distributed. As always, your annual membership of $50 helps with our organization's contribution to the Masten Jazz Festival. Should you prefer to mail your check, send to:

Dawn Berry-Walker
136 Mercer Avenue
Buffalo, NY 14214
Checks should be made payable to: Masten Jazz Festival. (Please include PMLJS on the memo line.)

We hope to see you at the reception. Feel free to invite others to become members. Thank you for your support!

The 20th Annual Masten Jazz Festival, honoring James "Pappy" Martin, takes place on two consecutive Sundays, July 19 and 26, 3:00-8:00 p.m., on the lawn of the Buffalo Museum of Science. The line-up this year is awesome, including world-renowned musicians Bobby Watson, Curtis Lundy, Warren Wolf, Wayne Escoffery, and an extraordinary array of local musicians.
