An exhibition of photographic work by Ken Pelka, installed at the City Hall Observatory on the 28th Floor of Buffalo's City Hall entitled CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. In the same series EAST DELEVAN DISTRICT is being shown at the Bailey-Delevan Community Center (1287 E. Delevan Ave).
